Heavy snow and icy conditions across much of the U.S. will cause some UPS delivery delays from our print floors in Texas and possibly Pennsylvania print floors. Urgent orders can be routed to Florida or Salt Lake offices. Please call customer service if your order is urgent in nature so it can be routed to another print floor if necessary. We will be open on President’s Day – 2/15/21.
OPERATIONS:
Print floors in FL, NV, PA, TX, and UT are operational, and jobs are shipping as normal. UPS may have delivery delays due to inclement weather in much of the country. UPS continues to ship nationwide, but they are not guaranteeing delivery times for Air service customers (Next Day and 2-Day Air). We have not seen a problem with delivery times, but we wanted to make you aware of this change.
COVID-19:
NOTE: The World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have stated that the likelihood of COVID-19 contaminating paper and cardboard or other shipping containers is low.
We are your partners in helping during this outbreak. We have committed to taking precautions with the cleaning of our facilities, training employees in precautionary measures, and checking with the CDC and WHO for the latest information to ensure product safety.
